We truly enjoyed our stay at Phousi Guesthouse 2 in Luang Prabang. the staff were amiable and pleasant, willing to help with any request. the location of the guesthouse was excellent, just a short walk away from a botanical garden, night market, and a local market.

Absolutely perfect location, we did not want to leave.

Close to a ferry port, a market and a night market were not far as well. Our room was neat and cosy with balcony.

Pretty friendly staff, cosy and brand-new room with balcony as well as hot shower facilities. Location close to the best cafés in town, along the river, and the waterfront. Nearby Redbul Bar - great place to chill out.

The proximity to the City night market is fantastic, just a short walk away.

We stayed in a room with a balcony facing the river, which was lovely. the location was really good, close to Mount Phousi, the Museum, and night markets. the room and bedding were clean, and we had a good night's sleep. the owners were happy and extremely helpful, even taking me to the bank multiple times to retrieve my ATM card. the room was comfortable with air conditioning, and amenities like water, soap, and shampoo were provided. the guesthouse also had a small communal area with a view of the river. a great experience at Phousi Guesthouse 2. This guesthouse is conveniently located right on the Mekong, just a 5-minute walk from the bustling night market. It offers a serene and picturesque setting next to the river, while still being close to the center and all the main attractions. Guests can easily explore the city and enjoy everything it has to offer.

Some guests have mentioned that the bathroom facilities are not adequate, with only one shared bathroom for several rooms.

Great location just a short walk away from the night market and situated on the riverfront. Free water and coffee provided. Cozy atmosphere with a lovely family. the rooms on the first floor are preferable, with a spacious balcony to relax on. Double beds are more comfortable if you're willing to pay a little extra. Exceptionally clean, with one of the ladies even cleaning the main street! A week-long stay felt comfortable and enjoyable.

Shared bathroom for only three rooms, but inconveniently, the shower is in the toilet area, resulting in constant wetness. the bathroom amenities could use improvement.

The value for money at this guesthouse was great, with a basic but comfortable room that had all the necessary amenities, including air conditioning. The location by the river was excellent, close to Mount Phousi, the museum, and night markets. The owners were incredibly helpful and friendly, even going out of their way to assist me with retrieving my ATM card from the bank.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast offerings better would be a wider variety of choices.
